It is a shop run by a mother and daughter who finally found Maizuru City looking for Maritime Curry while touring with friends on Sunday. I called in advance at around 14:00, well past lunch time, but I knew without saying that I was going to the JMSDF curry, so when I went to the store, I was ready and waiting! I heard that the proprietress is a strong martial artist with a 6th dan in Iaido, but she is very friendly and has a deep connection with the Maritime Self-Defense Force, who is often invited to the Self-Defense Force events. The young proprietress is a self-styled painter who has won the mayor's award, and there are many works in the store, and she has a wonderful smile when she explains her work. The main subject is the curry of the Maritime Self-Defense Force, but as you can see on the curry rally stamp, it is the official curry of the 23rd Air Corps of the Maritime Self-Defense Force. Unlike other restaurants that use cheap, commercially available spices, the spices used here are procured from a high-end specialty store in Kyoto, and carefully crafted using techniques that have been matured over many years. It was a target. The salad was also topped with kiwi fruit as if to heal the tired body from touring, and the sweetness and sourness of the dressing were exquisite. In addition to active duty SDF personnel, retired SDF personnel and coast guard personnel also visit here frequently, and it seems to be an important spiritual base for those who are in charge of national defense.
