Itami, Hyogo, Japan｜鮨 千寿

I stopped by for lunch while traveling. I was kindly allowed to sit at the counter and had a delicious meal with local sake. Not only the freshness of sushi sashimi, but also other dishes were delicious.

It feels like a long-established sushi restaurant, so I think there are many local regulars. The sushi was especially delicious with two servings of salmon roe and sea urchin! The simmered sea bream was not too strong and had just the right amount of flavor. Everyone in the shop was in good spirits and felt good. Next time I want to use it for lunch.

I would like you to try the nigiri that does not neglect the little work.
