I happened to want to eat sushi and made a reservation. A restaurant run by a friendly proprietress and a general who exudes a good personality. The wasabi is shaved just before squeezing, giving the sushi a fruity and citrus-like aroma. The tender octopus nigiri is coated with claws and is sweet, while the thick flounder nigiri is matured and has a strong sweetness. Every nigiri you order is ingenious and fun no matter what you eat. It doesn't have the tense atmosphere of a high-class restaurant, and it feels like a sushi restaurant that is loved by the locals, so you can enjoy sushi without feeling nervous or stiff. It's good to have it). Nonetheless, no complaints about the food. The owner, who has a puffer fish license, also handles the puffer fish in the fish tank. The fillet sake is also exceptional (unfortunately, I came by car, so I couldn't order it). Anyway, when I come to Kobe, I definitely want to stop by here on my way home.

We are a sushi loving couple! I visited the store for the first time after asking my neighbors! The round eyes of the alfonsino represented the freshness of the ingredients! The red miso soup for lunch was made with fish fillet and greens, and it felt like a luxurious lunch! Thank you for the meal!

This is a restaurant where you can feel the goodness of a sushi restaurant that does not rotate. Although it is in an inconvenient location from my home, I walked for about 25 minutes, but I was satisfied with the taste.
