In particular, the fatty salmon has a lot of it, and the refreshing flavor of the shiso leaves is so delicious that you'll want to eat it over and over again. The grilled eel was slightly warm and fatty, making me wonder if I didn't need to go to an eel restaurant. Seaweed is delicious, so we also recommend Gunkan and Scrolls.
