Since this restaurant was renovated, the sushi is no longer served on the lane, and each time you place an order on the LCD panel, the product is delivered quickly to your table on the lane. In this day and age, I was very grateful to be able to eat with peace of mind rather than eating sushi that had been passed around by so many people. When paying, all orders are managed on the touch panel, so there is no need to call a staff member to count the plates; just take the seat number tag to the cash register and pay immediately. I thought it was smart. Also, you can order sushi for 50 yen per piece instead of the regular price of 2 pieces of sushi for 100 yen, so it was fun to try a lot of things that I don't usually eat or try for the first time. The limited-time Sicilian pistachio ice cream and sweet potato parfait was very delicious and I was very satisfied.
