This place is exactly the sushi experience you need to have in Japan. It's a tiny place tucked away in a quiet Kyoto street and nearest one from NAIST University. Super cheap, delicious and fun. I love Sushi-ro so much that I can go there every night. It's not just Sushi they serve, they have udon and other yummy and super affordable food. Probably never mentioned in any of the guidebook but highly recommended. Going to Sushi-ro is a must activity if you are visiting Japan. Sushi-ro has many locations. You can ask any Japanese person and they can direct you to the closest one. The food and the whole experience were absolutely awesome.Don't miss this place!

We enjoyed both the sushi and desserts
