(Revisit) I visited at opening time for an early lunch. This time, I chose the latter of the fish set meal, boiled sardines, or grilled red fish marinated in koji. Side dishes include cold tofu, konjac stew, and fried chive balls, all of which are mildly seasoned. This time, I tried it with a medium bottle beer. When I ordered alcohol, a small side dish and deep-fried oden came with it. Currently, it seems that the Harumi-chan special menu is not available. (First visit) This is a super cheap set meal restaurant located in a back alley on the west side of Sangyo Road, about 3 minutes walk from Kawanishi-Noseguchi Station on the Hankyu Takarazuka Line. The inside of the restaurant is small with 5 counter seats and 2 tables that seat 4 people. Also, 70's American pop songs that Master listened to in his youth are played in the background. I visited during lunch time and ordered the daily set meal, today's mixed fried set meal (squid, white fish, croquettes) for 500 yen. It arrived about 5 minutes later, mixed fries, raw vegetables, miso soup with lots of red soup stock, and small bowls (cold tofu, macaroni salad, broccoli salad). For dinner, my mom, Harumi, told me that I would like to have takikomi rice, so I told her that I would have it, and she gave me white rice and takikomi rice. I'm surprised. In addition, on a first-come, first-served basis, you can receive free rice balls, side dishes, etc. from the previous day. Probably the cheapest restaurant in Kansai.

You can eat a set meal for just 500 yen. One coin lunch is available in Osaka Umeda and Minami. There were many stores, but none of them were as expected. Prices have gone up and quality has gone down. It's probably the best value store in Kansai, not just Kawanishi City, Hyogo Prefecture! A single bite of chicken cutlet is only 500 yen! And it's delicious! In addition, there are rice balls, side dishes, etc. All-you-can-eat is also available. For some reason, they said they didn't want to waste the leftover food from yesterday, so they were giving it away for free. Small desserts and sweets etc. You can have it. This is a shop full of love and a warm personality. It's like coming back home. Even though the food is delicious, they are selling hot pot dishes and daily set meals without increasing the price at 500 yen. it's one of my favourite stores.
