It was a beautiful peony meat. It seems that the taste of miso differs depending on the shop, but this miso is easy to eat and was delicious until the end.

I had a special roast botan pot. Also, courtesy of the shop, we also had matsutake mushroom rice. Both were super delicious. The meat was different from what I expected, and the miso flavor was soaked in, and the vegetables were not hard and the vegetables were crispy, so it was a pot that I never got tired of. I received everything up to the soup stock beautifully. The matsutake mushroom rice was fragrant and delicious even when cold. If you have the chance, it's a shop you'd like to stop by again!
