This is a long-established Cantonese restaurant that is definitely delicious. Perhaps due to its location up a hill from downtown Motomachi, this little-known restaurant is surprisingly easy to find even now that tourists have returned. Recommended. The ``Beef Stew Soba'', which is made by boiling large chunks of beef until soft and pouring it over fried noodles, is especially famous. I love the white rice version, ``Beef Stew Rice'' (1,080 yen), so I end up ordering it. I've had a variety of things, including the ``Egg Spring Rolls'' and the summer-only ``Seafood Cold Noodles,'' but once again I was impressed by the consistent quality. It's very delicious and very satisfying. I'm going to eat beef stew soba soon!

I've been to the store below, but this was my first time visiting this store! I've been here a few times before and was curious about it, so I'm glad I went this time! The inside of the store was larger than I expected, with round tables. The food was served surprisingly quickly, and the table was full within 10 minutes of ordering. lol The taste is exquisite. . Everything was delicious, but the seasoning of the fried rice and grilled pork noodles was especially good. I think anything you eat here will be delicious! When I visited around 13:50 on a weekday, it happened to be zero customers. The inside of the store was a round table or a square table seat, and there was no counter, and it was a luxurious time with one person at a square table (for 6 people). I ordered Gomoku Yakisoba (1000 yen). After a long wait, it came out. When you order gomoku yakisoba at a Chinese restaurant, it may come out on a long and narrow oval plate, but here it was a large round plate and had a lot of volume. I ate a bite of vegetables, but it was piping hot and delicious. The seasoning is also my preference, not too thick and not thin, just right. Squid, shrimp, cabbage, and shimeji mushrooms are all delicious. The grilled pork was also delicious. The noodles are a little fried or burnt, mixed with soft noodles. It reminded me of the gomoku yakisoba at the Chinese restaurant "Tenkara", which used to be near the Daantei market. The firmness and thinness of the noodles, the texture of the noodles when you put them in your mouth, the flavor, and the taste are just like Tenkara. I was eating with "It's delicious" in my brain. As a gomoku yakisoba lover, I was filled with satisfaction that I found a good restaurant. Mustard and vinegar are also provided, so you can eat while enjoying the taste change. When I looked at the entrance on my way home, I found a certificate of recognition for one of the 100 best restaurants in Kobe. I thought it would be delicious. It was written that the company was founded 33 years ago when it was selected as one of the 100 selections, so 2023 will be the 34th year. Coco is recommended. The location is off the center street, but it's worth going.
