I called to confirm that the noodles were sold out, but I was reassured that it was okay as they were making new ones, and that as long as you came by the store's closing time, you would be fine. I arrived right away and was able to finish eating just before closing time! Not only the wild vegetable soba but also the tempura looked great, and it looked like something out of a cookbook. The presentation is also good. The shrimp were big, plump and delicious (*´ч`*) The store was clean and had the warmth of wood. As it was a gravel road, I expected that the restrooms and sidewalks would be difficult for people in wheelchairs to use. The entrance to the toilet had a short door and looked Japanese-style, so I decided not to go in.

Eisakuji Temple was on the other side, and when I entered from the parking lot, I saw a soba certification exam taking place on my left, and there was a soba restaurant in the back. This is an old folk shop that is said to be at its best during the irises season. The soba was cooked well and chilled very well, allowing the flavor of the soba to really come through and it was very delicious. The tempura was also crispy and delicious. I think it's spicy radish, but I think it's a good ingredient. Although it was self-service, the tea was delicious. This is one of the soba restaurants that I would like to go to again. I was able to tour the temple, and it felt like a power spot.

We made a reservation on a weekday and had a soba making experience with 8 people. Divided into two, four people made 10 servings of soba. You taught me slowly, and I was able to enjoy it. After that, I ate 60% on the spot and left the rest as a souvenir. It was delicious. It seems that foreigners will also visit.
