Since it is a handmade soba restaurant, the soba noodles are fresh. The soup was delicious! I wonder if the wasabi and yams are made fresh to order. It's handmade. Inside the store, there was audio equipment playing wonderful jazz music. It was a quaint shop! (There is a jazz cafe next door and they also have live performances.)

A friendly and kind owner. He also explained the ingredients and said, ``From today on, I'm using new soba.'' The soba noodles were very fragrant. There are no regular holidays, and the store will close as soon as it is sold out (we recommend that you call before going. Reservations are accepted) There is a large shared parking lot across the street.

I used it when I visited Kazanin Bodaiji Temple. It was written as a soba making experience, so I was worried if I could eat soba, but it was okay. When I entered the store, the sound of jazz suddenly jumped into my ears, and when I looked in the direction of the sound, I saw many large, high-end speakers that I had seen at a famous music cafe when I was young. Jazz is quietly flowing in the store. I went to the table while feeling such a mismatch. There are no types of soba noodles such as tempura, but there are two types: grated yam and grated yam. It is a restaurant that competes with the original taste of soba, rather than vegetarian cuisine. I arbitrarily interpret soba as a snack rather than a meal at this kind of restaurant. It's a hobby, isn't it? Isn't it okay for each person to have their own likes and dislikes? I enjoyed it very much. Even though I ordered an extra colander, after driving for 30 minutes, I found myself in the parking lot of a tonkatsu restaurant.
