I went there to eat for the first time. Although it was lunch time, I was able to sit down without waiting. All orders are made using an iPad. When I looked at the menu on my tablet, I saw that they had tempura and soba noodles, just as the shop name said. It's quite warm today, so I ordered 1.5 servings of cold soba, which I rarely eat. Even if it's a large serving, I think it's cheap at ¥690. Tea and water are self-service. There were also pickles among the self-service items. Of course, you can also drink "Sobayu" as much as you want. After waiting for a while, the soba noodles I ordered arrived. Soba is a type of soba that has a beautiful appearance. I think the soba noodles were made by machine, but they were thin and easy to eat. I believe that each person has their own way of enjoying soba. It can be eaten with salt or eaten as is, but this time I tried it as is for the first time. I felt it was delicious even if I ate it as is. Of course, it's also delicious with soba soup. It was a taste that I didn't get tired of even after eating it. Soba noodles can be eaten in large portions. It was a really delicious soba restaurant because even if they ran out of soba, you could still enjoy it with soba soup. 3rd store including Kawanishi store I think it's more delicious than the soba chain stores in Nagano Prefecture. Next time I would like to try tempura as well. Thank you for the meal.

I prefer the soba noodles to be a little more chewy, and I think the sauce in the tempura bowl could have been a little stronger. The tempura was, of course, freshly fried, crispy and very delicious. There was a lot of wasabi, and the service from the staff who answered our orders politely was also great.

June 25, 2023 (Sunday) I visited Shinjiro Kawanishi Tada store for lunch with freshly fried tempura juwari soba👼👼👼 I visited 5 minutes before the store opened at 11:00 in the morning, but there were already two families waiting for me☺️ The inside of the store is cleaned neatly, and it is truly a dining place👍 There are about 10 table seats, most of which are tables for 4 people, but there were also tables for 2 people ✌️ There are counter seats in front and back, and there are about 7 seats. Cold and hot water and tea (green tea, roasted tea) are self-service, in front of the entrance and on the back side, and there is a pot of soba soup in the cup storage area 🎵 What I ordered today (just touch the tablet and press it in order) is a set of kakiage tendon and soba noodles (additional order for 1 serving of rice). After all, the correct answer is Kakiage ✴️ The size of the kakiage is so big that you can't see the rice, and the shrimp was so crispy and delicious ✨ The soba may be homemade, but it's not freshly made, it's pre-prepared!? ⤴️ (Note) There is no sauce on the tempura bowl, so please use the sauce provided on the table to your liking. Finally, after finishing eating, press the tablet accounting on the way home, take the receipt (with barcode) from the clerk and pay at the terminal next to the kitchen (currently cash only) and that's it 😄 Today was very delicious🌠 Thank you for your meal 🙏
