This master used to work at a soba restaurant near Kotoen Station, which is my mother's favorite, so he gave me a nostalgic taste. I was traveling from the US, so it was a big deal. I ate ozoni soba, duck zaru soba and tempura zaru soba. It was delicious. One problem is that it is not wheelchair accessible. But I can't help it.
A soba restaurant about 1 minute walk from Kadoyakujin Station on the Hankyu Imazu Line. It's on the second floor of the building. This time, I ordered Kamozaru soba, which is listed as ``our specialty'' on the menu. (Also 2 rice balls) The pickled soup is a warm type that contains duck meat and green onions. The duck stock has a strong effect, and the flavor is rich and fragrant. And the thick soba noodles, which are firm and chewy, go well with the rich pickled soup! I was a little disappointed that I didn't get a larger portion, but since I also ordered two rice balls, this was unavoidable. By the way, the onigiri is plum and bonito. It was freshly made and warm. The employees at the store were also kind and had very good customer service. Next, I will try another specialty, tempura soba.
