great Birthday spot!

The Seiyoken lunch was delicious with two shrimps. Adult children's lunch! It was a French restaurant with a spacious space and excellent customer service. I think it's good for anniversaries, etc.

I used to come here with my relatives when I was in elementary school. Embarrassingly, I had lunch with my wife for the first time in 40 years. The store was new and clean.
