Tamba-Sasayama, Hyogo, Japan｜NIPPONIA 福住 宿場町

We stayed as a family of 5 (children aged 7, 5 and 2). An old private house has been renovated, and you can enjoy an extraordinary and luxurious space with a tasteful atmosphere. Since I visited in January, the surrounding area was covered with snow and the scenery was very beautiful. The children had a blast making snowmen and pillows out of the snow that had piled up in the parking lot in front of them. The cold body was warmed from the core of the body in the spacious cypress bath. The meal was a full course that used plenty of Tamba ingredients and was very delicious. The white rice cooked in a Tamba-yaki earthenware pot was especially excellent. You can take alcohol from the lounge to your room and drink as much as you like, so it's perfect for alcohol lovers. The next morning's check-out was also late at 12:00, so I was able to take a walk around after breakfast and make time to enjoy the morning bath. There were many customers who had to cancel due to snow, and it happened to be reserved, so I was very grateful for the heart of "hospitality" that even if I said it was impossible, they would come true with two replies. My wife and children were also very satisfied and it was a memorable and enjoyable trip. thank you very much. I would like to visit again in a different season next time.

It was Mr. NIPPONIA's first time staying here, and he was impressed by the historic rooms, the relaxed atmosphere of the dining room in the open kitchen, and the many dishes with a few twists and turns. I am very satisfied with the time spent and the whole experience.
