Tamba-Sasayama, Hyogo, Japan｜Issunboshi

We really enjoyed this noodle restaurant. We tried three different types of Udon. Each was delicious and unique. The texture of the noodle was amazing!! The staff were kind and friendly, and introduced us to a cold udon dish. Even though we were already full, we couldn't help ourselves but to devour the cold noodles with refreshing and delightful flavor. We hope to visit soon, and to try the other udon noodles on the menu.

I don't travel around here, so there were only locals, and the menu was in Japanese, so I ordered it after showing the picture. Didn't have to wait long, but there was a wait. The udon and tempura were all delicious, the price was cheap, and the quantity was huge!

Entered the store immediately after opening and ordered tempura udon. Immediately, the udon disappeared and I was waiting for 30 minutes. It was normal and correct to worry about making a large serving. Tempura is also delicious.
