I ordered Aioi oysters, yellowtail, garlic leaf dressing, and pork soup. I fell in love with the restaurant because the atmosphere was nice and the food was delicious. The pork soup may look thick at first glance, but it's not salty or thick at all. It's light, yet rich and delicious. I was impressed! This shop used to be operating quietly in front of a popular French restaurant in Sannomiya, but one of the reasons seems to be that the able part-time workers have left the shop, and I was curious about the original shop. We ordered whelk, chicken ham, straw-grilled bonito, raw oysters, fried chicken, fish cakes, chirimen rice, and the ultimate pork soup. After the draft beer, I had the recommended barley shochu, which had a strong aroma and taste and was very delicious. The seared bonito tuna was very thick and had no odor at all, and was a very delicious dish that my partner praised. I thought the simmered shellfish were bigger than the whelks, and I didn't think it was the "ultimate pork soup", but overall it was delicious, the atmosphere was nice, and the general He had a nice personality and I felt comfortable drinking for the first time in a while.
