More Comments at Google MapI first casually drove past the store and casually entered. The first time, I didn't know how many fried chicken I wanted and ended up telling them at the counter, but I just told them the amount of rice and then I took the fried chicken myself. This is well done. The reason I think about this is that when I start taking things, even if I think I should take three, I end up taking one more. I tend to make impulse purchases like this, even for lunch boxes. On the other hand, is this okay? The reason I think about this is that there are some types of fried chicken that cost 130 yen and others that cost 140 yen, and even the person who bought the fried chicken doesn't remember exactly what and how many. Also, when the person working the cash register looks at the fried chicken in the bento box, they don't know which one is what, and sometimes they don't even know how many pieces are in the box. There was once a time when I applied for one because the cash register didn't have enough. What and how many did you put in? Is it possible to create a system that allows both customers and staff to clearly understand the situation? As for the fried chicken itself, sometimes it's crispy because of the way it's cooked, and sometimes it's limp because it's been a while since I fried it, but overall I think it's delicious. The large serving of rice for an additional 60 yen is quite voluminous, and although there seems to be an extra amount of rice, I am satisfied with the large serving. It's nice to have mentaiko roe and salted kelp on top of the rice for a bento box. I'm happy, but I don't like it when the mentaiko sticks to the lid of the bento box. Looking at the reviews, I wonder if they had okaka and seaweed before? I wonder if they're doing trial and error while changing prices, product lineup, toppings, etc. little by little. Maybe I just haven't found it, but maybe there's no toilet? It would be nice to have it.
《Everyone in the shop is extremely kind》 _____________ [May 2023: Posted] Karatama-ya is a take-out Karaage specialty restaurant. As soon as you enter the entrance, the staff will ask you whether you would like a bento or a side dish. Tell them it's a lunch box. ・Select the amount of rice. (Amount varies depending on size) ・Choose your rice garnish. (Mentaiko, seaweed rice) ・Choose fried chicken with the seasoning you desire. ・After paying, you can pack the items yourself and use heat to crimp them. The store clerk was also kind and explained things to me. When someone says, “Please have this freshly fried food,” I can’t help but pick it up (lol) The fried chicken is also crunchy and my favorite flavor. If possible, I'd like to have an eat-in space so I can eat freshly made food instead of taking it home. _____________ If this review was helpful I would be happy if you could click the 👍 "This was helpful" 👍 as it would encourage me in the future. m(_ _)m
October 4th I went there because I was curious about it, but it was really delicious, the store was clean and smelled good, and the two female staff members were very nice to me. I was surprised by the taste and customer service attitude that made me want to go again! The rolled egg is large and the taste is perfect. Sweet and sour fried chicken is the most delicious!
