It was the best of the One Dining series I've been to so far. The staff was friendly and I had a pleasant meal. The inside of the store is beautiful as it has just been renovated. Other stores often had a musty smell, but here there was no moldy smell and it was quite nice. The cups and plates are also clean. I went on a weekday night, and there were no noisy children or student groups, so it was quieter than other stores because it was mostly adults. The soup stock at other restaurants is often salty, but the one here was just right. However, it is common that it is salty when it boils down. Maybe it can't be helped. If there is a problem, the route to get here is Route 171, which is a safari road with many chimpanzee cars on weekday nights, so it's best to go there when you have the energy to drive.

It's a store with the best value for money. The taste and contents of the menu are Japanese cuisine, which is one step ahead of Kago-no-ya. The side dishes were delicious fried chicken and roast beef. I was too full to eat Shime's ramen. I'll try the challenge next time.
