Buying black edamame and buying this rice is a set every year. The rice is so delicious that you don't need any side dishes (^-^) The Tamba Sasayama Aji Matsuri, which had been held before, has been changed to a festival throughout October. This year, Sakamotoya served grilled rice balls in front of the store, and I ate black soybean miso flavor, but I felt that 5 or 6 pieces were light. You can really taste the taste of rice with too much miso. Also, I will visit next year (^^ ゞ

2022.11.8 (Tue) visit. The parking lot is diagonally opposite the store, but it is not large. It was around 10:30 on a weekday, so it was empty. The rice was sweet and delicious ☺︎ This time I used black soybean miso, but next time I want to try a different flavor.

When I went to Sasayama to eat soba, I wanted to buy rice, so I asked a soba restaurant if there was a rice shop nearby that sold rice, and I was introduced to this shop. As a result, I purchased a trial product containing 2 cups of vacuum-packed rice, and 3 types of rice grown using different cultivation methods. When I tried it, I found that the rice had a very natural sweetness, and the stickiness was just right.My wife and I also liked it, so we decided to buy more from the mail order store. It's a 2-cup, vacuum-packed product, so I think it's a recommended product for people with small families.
