More Comments at Google Map2023.7 From Monday to Friday, there seems to be a lunchtime service from 11:00 to 14:00. I searched for "Okonomiyaki" on Google maps on the way and found it. Modern okonomiyaki is from Hokkaido, and it was good, even if you prefer "deep taste". Looking around, almost everyone ordered "Akashiyaki", so I added it. It was the first time for me to put ginger, green onion, perilla on top and pour dashi soup over it, so it tasted fresh. There were about 7 groups of customers waiting ahead at noon today, but it was worth the wait.
Food capital Osaka. There are many takoyaki shops, but not many that offer a proper tamagoyaki (Akashiyaki). In that respect, this store is too precious.
I've eaten Akashiyaki and Takoyaki at many different restaurants, but this one has by far the best Akashiyaki in the Tennoji area over the past 40 years. Eat two or three pieces with the piping hot flavorful dashi soup, mitsuba leaves, and green onion toppings, then take a bite of the shredded pickled ginger. After resetting your mouth, it's truly the best to enjoy piping hot Akashiyaki with the gentle aroma of eggs again. However, this takoyaki is almost like Akashiyaki with sauce, so I honestly cannot recommend it to those who like ``The. If you think of it as a new and different food, an evolved version of Akashiyaki, it is very delicious, so please try it with sauce and green seaweed. Also, there is a store with the same name in the Lucius Building two doors down, but it is a completely different store. Considering the piping hotness of the Akashiyaki, the amount of water, the softness, the type of condiments, and the flavor of the soup stock, I find Takohachi's to be overwhelmingly more delicious. It's only a 1-minute walk away, so why not try eating at both stores and compare?
