Excellent service. Reservation required in advance so it allows them to set up the fire. We were lucky to come this time as the grilled matsutake mushrooms are much bigger and taste so good with the added lemon juice. Sukiyaki with the Sanda beef makes the meal all the more satisfying. Loved that they even volunteered to take pictures for us. Great dining experience. ,👍👏

I visited with my friends and family. It was my first time having a botan nabe in the summer, but it was a very enjoyable dinner party with botan nabe and grilled wild boar meat around the hearth in a room with an air conditioner. The grilled amago was freshwater fish and did not have any foul taste, and the children ate a lot of it. (Bones and heads are also delicious when grilled on the edge of the hearth!) The egg rice made with the dashi stock of the pot was the best taste, as well as the udon noodles at the end of the botan nabe. On the way back, we parked the car at the Furusatokan, played in the river for a while, and experienced a “summer in Japan” in a nearby area.
