Amagasaki, Hyogo, Japan｜ふぐ料理 殿

Incredible fugu place with a strong Showa vibe. Not the cleanest place, but the fugu was prepared extremely well, and the amount of meat on each cut was impressive. The most amazing part was how all of the meat was still wiggling when they brought out the nabe platter. Definitely a super unique cultural experience you can't get in many other places.

The pufferfish here is not frozen, but freshly slaughtered and still moving. I'm surprised that there was such a delicious place in Amagasaki.

I ate a seafood bowl set meal for lunch, but it was really delicious.
