There’s so many places to find fugu in Dotonburi but I’m so glad we stumbled upon this place! It’s a small spot hidden in an alley off of Dotonburi but it’s so cute and intimate. The chef is what I appreciated the most. Super friendly, very welcoming, and engaging. We had the fugu sashimi, fried fugu, and baked milt and they were all delicious!

This place was great! We felt at home like we were in a friends kitchen. This was more than food, it was an experience. Chef and staff were very friendly. We could have been there much longer if not having to get back to our Tokyo Hotel. If you are in Osaka try to for fugu. Save a spot at the counter, I'll be back soon!

Great food, great environment, and most importantly, great owner. We order the puffer fish hotpot set. I was excited because it was my first time having puffer fish. To be honest, the taste was good and fresh, but it wasn't special. The puffer fish tasted not so differently then any other fishes. Nevertheless, it was the hospitality of the owners and the cozy, intimate atmosphere that really made the entire dining experience exceptional. In addition, the Zosui made with the hotpot soup at the end of the course is all it takes for me to give this place a five-star. It was so good!
