It tastes like a sweet version of konjac with a strong texture. The sauce on the side tastes like a Japanese soy sauce version of Hakka ponzu sauce. Those who have never eaten it can give it a try. The eel rice is also very delicious. It tastes very good and goes well with the meal. It is a meal that I will miss very much after returning to Japan after visiting Japan.
