Osaka, Japan｜Shichifukujin Higashishinsaibashi

First time trying fugu. Was a fun and friendly experience with great staff. The meat itself is rather flavourless and a bit chewy but I was satisfied with the overall experience. The fugu sake was quite unique.

“Ah Fugu oishi” Well it's been about a year since last visiting this restaurant and it's as good as last time. Every thing about this restaurant I enjoy and especially the food, it's so tasty and very fresh, the meal was finished off with a rice porridge that was made with the stock you cooked the fugu in and they used these free range eggs that were so orange I could not believe what I was seeing. Please go as you would not be disappointed

It's a pretty good fugu restaurant, but there is no Chinese service, and there is a tank of fugu when you enter the door. 2 people ordered a set meal, and it was exhausting. The taste is excellent, the umami of the puffer fish is vivid, recommended. The price of the set meal is 4500-8700. I tried to buy puffer fish at the Heimen fish market with my husband and cook it at home. It is not as good as eating in the store.
