Kawanishi, Hyogo, Japan｜Shiro

I've lived in Kawanishi City for a little over 20 years, but I was curious about this shop called Shiro, so I went in for the first time. All four members of my family agree that they like omelet rice. The omelet rice 🐣 was served on a piping hot iron plate, and it was delicious with the demi-glace sauce. The clerk was also very friendly and made me feel comfortable. My son boasted that the clam chowder was also very delicious. 🤗

It was noon when I visited, but it was not crowded because it was a weekday. I ordered the recommended omelet rice topped with fried shrimp. There was plenty of demi-glace sauce, but it wasn't a tough seasoning, and it was delicious with a fluffy egg and ketchup rice. The fried shrimp was also delicious with a crunchy and crispy batter like a Western restaurant. Other sauces for omelet rice include ketchup, tomato sauce, and white sauce, so next time I want to try a different sauce. Recommended.

I came here for the first time in three years. The atmosphere of the shop is also good, and above all, the omelets here are the best. I ordered demi sauce and white sauce.
