Amagasaki, Hyogo, Japan｜Torimitsu Amagasaki

Perhaps because it was before Obon, the seats were filled. We happened to be seated after a short wait. This is my favorite bird shop. All chicken dishes are recommended. However, this is the first re-visit after Corona. So it's been about 3 years. It's nice that the deliciousness as usual and the vegetables of the side dishes are also working. I had a happy time.

I used it for lunch to taste the long-established yakitori. For the daily set meal, you can enjoy chicken dishes in addition to the signature yakitori, so I chose that. The daily special for that day was chicken wings, but it was crispy, soft and delicious! After a while, the yakitori skewers arrived. Add sansho (Japanese pepper) or shichimi (seven spices) to your liking, savor the sauce-soaked skewers, and have a beer! I thought. Also, in the evening, I want to taste it outside of business hours!

Just 1 minute walk from Hanshin Amagasaki Station. It feels like a nice, old-fashioned shop with no new interior decorations. Although the price is a bit high, you can enjoy very delicious fresh chicken sashimi and yakitori. I think the store staff has a good customer service attitude.
