Amazing modern Japanese! Some of the best food I've tried in Japan!

It's a famous shop, so I had high expectations. I thought it was a long-established store, with a clean interior and smart customer service. This time, I had live lobster and steak for lunch. Appetizers, half live lobster, steamed matsutake mushrooms, 80 grams of steak (choose from fillet or sirloin), rice (choose from curry, rice porridge, mentaiko chazuke, rice), coconut ice cream 🍨, drink (H.C coffee or black tea) It's like this . The lobster was delicious...I could even taste the shrimp miso. And...the steak was also good meat. Also, if you don't have enough, there is also a la carte menu...so you can also call it an easy healthy course. I'm sure it will be delicious at night as well. Also...their anniversary plan...was a bit appealing, so I decided to visit them again. There is also a branch in Higashi Kishiwada.
