More Comments at Google MapA hidden Chinese restaurant discovered by a teacher who always takes care of me Although it is difficult to access from the station, it is popular and almost full even on weekday nights. Fortunately, I was able to make a reservation on the same day, and although I had to go to the store, I was able to order the course. The atmosphere of the restaurant is the same, and the food is all elegant and high quality. No greasiness typical of Chinese food Chinese red sea bream fillet for appetizer Sour soup with shark fin 2 types of dim sum Steamed eggplant with meat miso sauce and steamed bread Chilled jade noodle soup soba This area was especially delicious 👏 The spring rolls I ordered additionally were also wonderful, with the aroma and texture of the shrimp and shiitake mushrooms. The whole dish was very delicious with a strong sour taste. I'm sure sweet and sour pork would be delicious too... This is a restaurant that I would like to go to again for a la carte and order various things! I was surprised that there was such a good shop in a place far away from Suita station 🍑 The food is prepared by one chef, so it may take a while for the food to be served.
I had the Kanowa lunch (1800 yen) and the Sichuan mapo tofu (600 yen) separately. For main items, choose from shrimp mayo, sweet and sour pork, dim sum & spring rolls, and mapo tofu. For rice, choose rice or Chinese chimaki. For dessert, choose from mango pudding, almond tofu, and coconut milk with herb jelly. To be honest, I hesitated for a long time because of the extravagant price. I finally visited them, and I think they are all delicious beyond their price tag. Of course, there are Chinese mainstays such as dim sum and mapo tofu, but this time it was the Chinese Chimaki that hit my tongue and stomach, saying, ``This is delicious!'' The soup stock is soaking through. I almost want a second helping. For dessert, I chose almond tofu. The star anise is really suppressed to the point where you can feel it just a little, which is right in the middle of my preference. The flavor of almond tofu has just the right balance. It seems to be a one-off private shop, so it may take some time during busy times. However, it is a store that you should visit at least once.
At lunch, order dim sum lunch (1,800 yen including tax) Choose Sichuan mapo tofu as the main dish Receive free rice when served At the end, there are two chimaki, quite a volume Everything was delicious and satisfying. In addition, you can use PAYPAY
