Because of the name Shigesaku, I had the impression that it was run by an older man, but all the employees were women. The customer service is very good, and you can get a glimpse of the good relationships between the employees. As for the food, I had the eel bowl and tempura soba. Considering the price of 1,500 yen, both the eel bowl and the tempura were incredibly delicious. It's not an absolutely delicious high-end restaurant, but if you consider the overall quality of the restaurant's atmosphere, including the taste, prices, and customer service, I think this is a perfect example of a famous restaurant.
