The food he prepared was not only delicious but also incredibly fresh, as it was cut and cooked right in front of us. We came all the way from Australia, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. To top it all off, we were celebrating our anniversary, and Chef Katsuyuki surprised us with a lovely bouquet of flowers at the end of the evening. It was a heartwarming gesture that made our celebration even more memorable. I must also commend the staff for their impeccable politeness and attentiveness throughout the meal. Out of the hundreds of Japanese restaurants I've tried across the world, this is perhaps the best I've had to date. It is an amazing restaurant with passionate, funny chefs that serve up a blend of creative and traditional Japanese dishes. The materials were all top notch, with the highest quality fish, rice, meat, and vegetables. We would love to come back again.
