This is a restaurant where you can enjoy a blowfish course meal at a reasonable price. I made a reservation at a restaurant that was recommended to me by my brother, who said, ``You can eat puffer fish for adults!'' On the day of the trip, I was returning from a business trip, so I consulted with the store that it would be well past my reservation time. I thought it would be no use if they refused to come to the store, but the proprietress graciously accepted my request and said, ``It's okay even if I'm late.'' I was grateful. Well, on that day, the plane arrived late and I arrived at the store after 9 o'clock. Still, the store was open and waiting for me. The two of us can enjoy the puffer fish privately. We started without ``hirezake'' because we can't drink it. Appetizers include conger conger and whelk that you can enjoy with your eyes. The ponzu sauce from “Fugu Skin Ponzu Sauce” is delicious! ️I'm really looking forward to having this ponzu sauce in the hot pot after this. ``Tessa'' is thicker than the meat I get at other restaurants, so I'm glad it's filling. ``Fugu fried chicken'' had 3 pieces of the meatiest part❗️The rice that was still attached to the rice ears was also fried, making it an interesting arrangement and looking great. ``Fugu Buttsu'' has thick flesh combined with raw Chinese cabbage, which is a delicious accent. And the main one is ``Tecchiri''. You can't see the vegetables in the "fugu" served on a large plate (lol) I now understand the meaning of "adult-eating". There are a lot of puffer fish in the hot pot, and if you dip them in ponzu sauce, the flavor will double. I was able to thoroughly enjoy the rice porridge at the end with the umami of the kelp soup stock and puffer fish. I highly recommend this restaurant, where you can enjoy delicious puffer fish dishes in a homely atmosphere.

The cost performance is the best, the fin sake is delicious, and the customer service is polite ♪

The master is funny, the proprietress is kind, and the food is very fresh, so I'm very satisfied every time I go there.
