This is a long-established western restaurant that has been in business for 77 years. Missed you at lunch time. There is always a line at the store in Q's Mall, so I wondered if this place might be the place to go, and luckily it was completely empty! I had the special cabbage roll set meal. Demi-glace sauce and curry sauce are applied to carefully simmered cabbage rolls, and both sauces go well together. It's surprisingly light. It also comes with chopsticks, so I'm not good with hawks and knives, so I'm happy. The customer service of the hall clerk was also good. The price is a little high, but you can taste it only here.

I heard that this restaurant was the model for the Western restaurant called Pelican that appeared in the anime "Abenobashi Magical Shopping Street" nearly 20 years ago, so I came here because the main restaurant was closed. I was able to enjoy dinner with my Kansai friends whom I hadn't seen in a long time. Thank you for serving coffee after the meal. The recommended cabbage rolls were very tasty. I enjoyed the curry and demiglace sauce and it was a good deal.

I stopped by on my way home from work. The main store is in Q's, but honestly, I always stop by here because it's located on the 4th floor of MIO (right above the station). This time I ordered A set (fried white fish, chicken cutlet, special croquette). I confess that I was attracted to the fact that 1200 yen became 1000 yen in the campaign. Of course, that's assuming it tastes good. Croquettes are especially delicious. It's called a cinnamon croquette, but it's a croquette with a rich Pechamel sauce, and it's different from the common cream croquette. In fact, it is the taste of old Western food. Recently, there are no shops that serve croquettes like this. Of course, the potato croquette is also delicious, but please try to think of it as a separate dish from this croquette. It's a little disappointing that if you order it separately, you'll get a larger one. (Of course, it's worth the price, so don't misunderstand)
