This is a restaurant where you can eat gibier for lunch casually. Deer hamburger, and wild boar hamburger AWESOME!!

The carefully processed ingredients turned out to be a sophisticated and gentle dish that was the complete opposite of what looked wild. From hunting and dismantling to cooking, I could feel the chef's spirit of taking food into consideration at every stage. The prejudice of gibier is blown away.

I came here because I wanted to eat game meat☺️ The atmosphere was nice and all the food was delicious. When I looked at the menu, I was wondering what the 6,000 yen Omakase course would be like. I am very satisfied after the meal ✨️ It's one of the restaurants I'd like to visit again as it's reasonably priced 🤤
