You can choose from three types of roux: beef tendon and beef Achilles masala, chicken paitan keema, and daily mapo. After some hesitation, I ordered two types of masala and mapo. Topped with side dishes for an additional 250 yen. It seems like you can adjust the spiciness by asking when ordering! I ordered it a little spicy. First of all, it looks bright and delicious! The masala is a dish with plenty of beef tendon and beef Achilles that gives it a strong beef flavor. Mapo has a deep flavor that is incomparable to the mapo in common mapo bowls. I think this dish will satisfy both those who like spice curry and those who don't. In the evening, we have a rich menu and many repeat customers, from those who come alone to large parties.
