I definitely go there once a month! I never really liked soba, but now I like it. Now I rarely eat soba anywhere else ^ ^ I like the taste as well as the owner's friendly atmosphere. There are only two seats, one for 4 people and the other for 6 people, so it is better to make a reservation. I think I'll wait a little when there are many people because I'm doing it alone. I want everyone to eat it once! Especially the Soba Gozen and Agedashi Soba Tofu, which are only available on Saturdays and Sundays, are the best!

A soba restaurant in a mountain village. It was after 1pm on a weekday, so there were no other customers. Quiet atmosphere. The inside of the restaurant is small, with only two table seats. 6-seater and 4-seater. It felt like the shop owner was doing it all by himself. He was a very calm and quiet person. It was late September and there was still some lingering heat in the air, but the front door and windows were left open, the breeze was pleasant, and it was cool enough that I was comfortably waiting for the soba noodles to arrive. While I was waiting, they gave me sweets like soba karinto, so I nibbled on them. Now, the soba noodles are finally here. There were many cold soba noodles on the menu, and in retrospect, I probably would have recommended that instead, but I was in the mood for something warm, so I ordered the warm soba noodles. At first, the soup stock felt a little diluted, but as the dish progressed, the flavor deepened and became addictive. As for the noodles, I don't know much about handmade soba, so this is an amateur's report, but they were delicious. The parent bird's nanban was very delicious and chewy, and I wanted to eat it again. It was very filling and I was very satisfied. However, while I was eating, I was so absorbed in eating that I didn't notice the mosquitoes at all. After I left the store, it was itchy, itchy, it was probably a strong mountain mosquito, but it kept itching for about 30 minutes (lol). I received a 100 yen discount coupon, so next time I would like to go eat some cold soba noodles.
