Although it is managed by the chef alone, he also purchases ingredients such as fresh foie gras and lamb that is eaten rare by pigeons. The variety of wine is also unusual, with bottles selling for over 1 million bottles each. We are proud of our incredible purchasing power for the Eastern Mikuni region. Especially when it comes to wine, they offer good quality wine at extremely low prices with almost no profit. We had a variety of wines and dishes, and they were all really delicious from start to finish. Especially the fresh foie gras terrine. green onion quiche dessert bavarois was the best! The quiche had a wonderful scent of green onions, sweetness, and a creamy texture, and was definitely the most delicious ever. Bavarois was also so delicious I took out 2 cuts. Of course, the main fish and meat dishes are also delicious. I don't think there are many other restaurants where you can eat rare lamb or see pigeons. The inside of the store is a bit old and a bit cluttered with a lot of things, but combined with the location in Higashi Mikuni, the taste is very good. It was an undeniably famous restaurant that made me feel happy to have met it.

It's a small restaurant located 5 minutes west of Higashi Mikuni Station on the Midosuji Line, but the food is exquisite! ️. A small plate of busta is casually served between homemade quiche, sea urchin mousse, and roasted duck with truffle sauce. Everything is delicious, the homemade bread 🍞 is crunchy on the outside and moist on the inside 😃⤴️⤴️, and the desserts are handmade by the chef's wife (pastry chef).
