I went to Tonsuke in Asakayama. I had a service lunch, but it was a wonderful taste and volume. It's a simple lunch of mince cutlet, fried egg, and cabbage, but it's enough to fill you up. Mince cutlet is big! The demi-glace sauce seems to be the base sauce used in various menus at this restaurant, and it is a very delicious sauce with a sour taste of mustard. Hamburg steak with plenty of demi-glace sauce, large fried shrimp, fried egg, ham, and salad are served on one plate. In addition, consomme soup and rice are included. Hamburger is so delicious 😋 I think it's the same sauce as mince cutlet, but it has a gentle and rich taste. The meat is also soft and melts 🥳 The fried shrimp is also crispy with a firm texture. It's a western restaurant where you can eat whatever you want. I'm worried about weight gain because I'm afraid I'll be stuck. Thank you for your meal❗️❗️ 【Revisit】 Today I got a W hamburger and a large serving of rice. I think it was a little over ¥1400. There is a rice and soup set, but it is not a set meal. I don't need soup, so I ordered only rice. The big hamburger is soft and very delicious 😋 A special demi sauce and ketchup and mustard are served around it. I added it little by little and enjoyed the taste change. I am very happy with the volume and quality. I just wanted it to be a set meal. Since the service set meal is ¥ 700, it is the price for two times. Considering that, it seems a little overpriced. . I would be happy if you could add tonkatsu or pork chaps as a set meal. I was watching a TV program on the navigation system in the car, and there was a special feature on omelet rice, and it just popped into my mouth (lol). I asked my wife, who was sitting in the passenger seat, to search for it, and the name that came up was ``Tonsuke.'' I was curious about the business hours, so I called ahead and checked and they said they were open until 8:30pm (maybe they stop ordering?). That's why I visited. There is no parking lot at the store, so I parked at the coin parking lot next door. When we tried to sit next to each other at the counter, we were shown to a table in the back. It was an elderly couple, but I had high expectations because it felt like an old-fashioned Western restaurant! When I looked at the menu to order omelet rice, it said pork cutlet as the recommended dish! Well, it's natural since the store name is the store name lol We both got confused and ended up ordering the fillet cutlet soup set for me and the omelet rice for my wife to share! The omelet rice tasted just as good as it looked, and was piping hot. Instead of ketchup, the homemade demi-glace sauce is light and if you prefer a strong flavor, please use the Worcestershire sauce at the table! Fillet cutlet is bite-sized and easy to eat, with 6 slices included. This is also topped with plenty of demi-glace sauce and served with ketchup and mustard. This mustard is quite strong and I can't stand the way it hits the back of my nose! The fillet cutlet was as tender as you might imagine, and I was very satisfied with the quantity and taste. The soup came out before the meal and was a soup of eggs and bacon, which also had a gentle taste. There are many other menu items that interest me, so I would like to visit again.
