More Comments at Google MapI ate Oroshi Hamburg that is so tasty and juicy 😋 🍽️ I will eat Hamburg again but I will oder 200g Hamburg because 150g Hamburg is not enough for me 🤣🤣🤣
Service is good, good taste!
There are only 4 parking spaces, which is small considering the popularity of the store, so be prepared during the busy season. Weekday lunch, no reservations, arrived by myself around 12:20. Since I was traveling on a motorcycle, I stopped near where the bicycles were parked, but the car was full. It was very crowded when I arrived, but there weren't many people in line, and since I was the only one, I was immediately taken to the counter. The large amount of hamburgers and garlic rice being grilled on a huge iron plate in front of our eyes was quite spectacular and worth seeing. The iron plate work is done entirely by the shop owner. He seemed to memorize messages from other employees and orders from customers without even looking at his notes, and he even greeted people as they left and entered the store. He was a very highly qualified shop owner. Ordered an additional 100g of hamburger with garlic sauce and bacon. It took about 20 minutes, but it was fun to watch the iron plate work, and it was instant. I was surprised that both the hamburgers and fried eggs were cooked at a very low temperature for a long time. Thanks to this, even though there is no liquid in the fried egg, the white flesh is so soft that you can cut it with chopsticks, giving it a chewy texture. When I cut the hamburger steak with chopsticks, there was no oil leaking out, and the meat retained its oil and was very juicy. I didn't feel like the garlic sauce had that much garlic, but it went well with the rice and was very delicious. The bacon was cut into thick pieces and was sure to be delicious, but I didn't find it particularly delicious, but seeing it carefully cooked up close made me feel very satisfied. Since it was a set meal, I also had rice, miso soup, and salad, and since I was allowed to refill the rice, I ended up refilling it twice. The salad had a serious taste without being weird and was easy to eat. The miso soup was average, but the overall feeling of satisfaction increases when you have it. Overall, I thought the quality was very high except for the high hurdle of parking. With this content, 1800 yen is quite a good value. By 1 o'clock the crowd had calmed down.
