This is a western restaurant that opened this year in Takadono, Asahi-ku, Osaka. It has been closed for about 5 months since summer, so it is still a little known shop except for the neighbors. Since it is a one-off operation, cooking will be done for each group that enters the store, and it will take some time to serve. You can enjoy western food made by the owner in a clean kitchen and a clean store. This time, we had a special hamburger and gratin croquette set for ¥1,200, a large serving of rice for ¥100, and a single Angus beef beef cutlet for ¥1,800. A single hamburger set is 200g or 150g, but a combination set is 120g. The hamburg steak is prepared by grilling both sides on an iron plate to lock in the umami flavor, then moving it to the oven to slowly cook it all the way through. It goes great with the shop's original Japanese-style sauce, too! Shrimp, crab, and scallop gratin croquettes packed with the umami of seafood are rich and creamy. The tools also have a strong presence (^-^) And is the beef cutlet about 150g? If you just look at the meat before cooking, it doesn't look very voluminous, but once it's prepared and covered with bread crumbs, it's quite voluminous!
