It's been a while since I ate delicious Yakiniku. The atmosphere of the store is also very nice. Both the owner and the staff are able to greet each other properly. I called and made a reservation. The counter seat had a good view of the kitchen and the staff's careful work. The meat is cut to order and is very fresh. You can cut the steak from 500g, but I realized it too late and decided to order it next time. All the meat is delicious, and the salted tongue on top is perfect! The garlic top loin was extremely delicious. The Pipinba meat was big, there was a lot of it, and it was soft and delicious. The portions are large, so I think two women can order just one. If the fried pipinba was too sweet, instead of pretending I didn't know, I would re-cook it. It seems that the staff member accidentally broke the beer, but he reported it to the owner and apologized. I felt good teamwork as the other staff gathered around the customer who had just cracked a beer and cleaned up together. There are some stores where you can hear the staff talking privately to each other and even laughing, but at this store, I was impressed by how well-trained and well-trained the employees were. I think it was the owner's wife, but she made small talk with each group and escorted them to the front desk to see them off. I thought it was a wonderful restaurant that was delicious and soothing to the soul.
