Skirt steak and misuji with just the right amount of marbling have a good balance of lean meat and fat, and the deliciousness of the meat and the sweetness of the fat are irresistibly delicious. The rice that comes with the meat is Tsuyahime from Yamagata Prefecture, and this on-the-rice dish is superb. The richly fatty hiuchi drips so much that it bursts into flames, but when you eat it with salt and chopped wasabi, it tastes like it's melting without being bitter. And above all, Chateaubriand is exceptionally detailed. The best part, surprisingly soft and crispy with fat oozing out. Whether you eat it with sauce, soy sauce x wasabi, or salt x wasabi, it's amazing and it's gone in an instant with no trace left... It's a little pricey, but you can definitely taste the quality meat! There are private rooms with a calm atmosphere, counter seats and a half-sized menu, so it can be used for a wide range of purposes, from families to dates to solo occupancy. We also have a great value set menu at lunchtime, so we recommend trying it from lunch.
