More Comments at Google MapSeries of shops that I don't really want to tell you about 🐃This time, ENMAN is a charcoal-grilled yakiniku in front of Kawachi Tenmi Station 🐮 I visited after being told about it on Instagram. I made a reservation via DM the day before and visited, and when I arrived, it was full and very crowded 😊 First, I ordered skirt steak yukke, top loin, top skirt steak, and thick-sliced tongue. Then, I didn't have any good parts left for the top loin today, so I paid the same price as the seaweed! I changed to Kainomi after hearing that 😚 Actually, I'm really happy to hear something like this, but even so, there are still some restaurants that sublimate the loin to top loin even if they force it...(I know, haha) This sea bream is extremely delicious and has a wonderful balance of lean meat and fat. The thickly-sliced tongue is so soft that you can chew it with just your gums, and the upper skirt steak has a rich meaty flavor that's amazing🥰 Additional Tsurami and Tecchan. Enjoy the thick tsurami and fluffy white tecchan with homemade salt ponzu sauce. This combination is so refreshing that you can eat just about anything. I also had the tangalbi sashimi, which was also delicious 🥹 Fresh tongue ribs that you don't come across very often in the first place🥹 Finish off with cold noodles. I usually like to add vinegar to cold noodles, but the cold noodles here were different. The soup was so delicious...I didn't want to get the cold noodles dirty with vinegar...this was my first experience. It was my first time eating Komekami and Dandruff❗️The thick-sliced tongue was surprisingly easy to eat...I had sagari, seaweed, skirt steak, and chateaubriand, all with wasabi and salt😋 I love the atmosphere inside the store, it's not too cool ♡ The name of the store is also great ❗️
I was able to eat fresh and delicious Yakiniku! Chateaubriand is so soft I can't stand it🤤 The cold noodles at the end were also great 😊
