A carefully selected Japanese beef yakiniku restaurant taught by a young chef at Chunai Barwan It seems like 7 years have passed since the store opened, but it's really beautiful. Even though it was near the station, I didn't know anything about it... The restaurant's recommendation is the platter. I was told that the special selection platter is mainly lean and includes items not listed on the menu, so I chose that. From rare parts such as chestnut and lamb kawa to fillet. I get excited when I see an assortment of fillets... And all the meat is beautiful. The staff grills the fillet for you, and when you finish it rare, you can't help but smile at the fat that gradually melts and the texture of the melting fibers. Also, chestnuts are really delicious Although it is soft, the meat is rich and flavorful. The last thing that was delicious was the Tsurami. The knife was carefully inserted and it was so soft that I couldn't believe it was tsurami. Also, if the sauce was better, I think it would have grabbed my attention even more... Most of the sauces were served with salt and wasabi. There is no doubt that they use good red meat. There weren't many options for Yakiniku in Ibaraki, but it was pretty good.

High quality meat is provided. I love Yakiniku and go to a restaurant with a good reputation. I always go there to eat, and the ``Yakiniku hachi'' was by far the most delicious.
