Bigger than my hand...staffs know english well and friendly

I’m glad to see Burger King in Osaka again. We used to have a store in Shinsaibashi and another in Namba, but both closed. The burger patties are bigger than I remember, and the toppings are fresh and crunchy. The average meal is about ¥800 with the option of adding extras (chilli cheese fries, large size drink etc) Much cheaper than the more expensive and inferior Shake Shack 👍🏻 I barely had to wait as there were plenty of staff working behind the line. The staff member who took my order was also pretty speedy. Some of the negative reviews on here are ridiculous. One person complained about “awful fries” with one fry being slightly over cooked. Another person complained about not being able to use a promotional offer when they opened. I think if these people went to a Burger King in the U.K. or U.S.A, they'd be in for a real shock 🤣The quality here is MUCH better than back home. I hope this Burger King sticks around and doesn’t suffer from some of these ridiculous non-problem complaints. I'm happy to meet Burger King again in Osaka. There was a lot of staff working, so I didn't have to wait too long. The staff who took our orders were also very efficient. Some of the reviews on this site are outrageously over-critical. One person complained of 'horrible potatoes' and one was a little overcooked. Another complained about not being able to take advantage of the promotion at opening. If these people go to Burger King in England or America, they will be really shocked🤣The quality here is so much better than at home! This is Burger King! I hope this Burger King takes hold and doesn't suffer from these outrageous non-problematic complaints. 🙌🏻

I visited around 12:30 on a weekday. It's located in a corner of the food court. I had decided on the Avocado Whopper, but was wondering if I should switch to the mini. I was confused when ordering, but the store clerk kindly told me the size and was very helpful. When you look at the back of the store, you can see that they are grilling hamburgers over an open fire inside the machine! I ended up ordering the regular size, and it was delicious and filling. If it were a privately run hamburger shop, 500 yen would be an extra charge. The cost performance is the best! ! I would like to see more stores!
