There are differences depending on the time of day and the person, but as someone who serves customers, I can see that there are people who are working hard and are considerate. During the daytime, there are a lot of families, many of whom come with strollers, etc., but the restaurant is designed with guidance to help them secure seats. At night, there are a lot of male employees, giving it a slightly rough impression. Because it takes time to make a product, some people get angry when they are called to say no, but even if they didn't, they get angry when they are left waiting for more than 10 minutes without any guidance. That's interesting. If you feel that there is no refusal to ask for time, then other stores will probably be a failure. You can leave it alone, but they don't know that it's a good store if they think about the customer and ask for your time. I feel like the person with ☆1 is a tough person. I don't know if I've ever worked in the customer service industry, but since I've done it, I feel like I'm trying to judge the quality of products. Some people have commented that there are often angry customers, but even though I go there about 3 times a week, I've never seen one, so I'll stop lying. I think the customer service is more polite than other McDonald's in the area, and the staff are working hard. I think it has improved since it opened, so I hope they do their best not to lose out to the customers.
