This is a coffee shop where I have a routine. It's quite busy during morning hours, so you may not be able to get in sometimes, but if you wait, there will be a space soon. There are only regulars here, so everyone drinks coffee while being considerate. You can sit and smoke a cigarette. The morning meal is so voluminous that it's probably worth the cost, and it's good because it's topped with seasonal fruits.
