Very cute café with multiple owls and other birds. They also have a parrot that can speak Japanese greetings. Customers can pat owls and have a chance of getting an owl to sit on your arm as well. Well worth the price since the crepe was delicious as well! 500 JPY to touch per person. Spent around 24 USD for 2 drinks, a crepe, and 2 people petting the owls
