Cafe and shop in beautifully renovated old countryside home. Have the one-plate lunch - it is filled with a variety of delicious seasonal items. Served with miso soup.

Great hospitality. Cafe and lunch only with local ingredients. Woodfire stove and tatami room. Opened a month ago or so. Fairtrade crafts from around the world.

It's homey, the lunch is delicious, and I'm glad they have a variety of different vegetable side dishes. While I was waiting, it was fun to look at the fair trade items such as miscellaneous earrings, bags, stuffed animals, clothing, tea, and sweets, like I was on a treasure hunt. There was a young couple having tea with their baby lying in the Japanese-style room, and it made me smile that it must be so relaxing to have their baby with them. It is better to make a reservation before going.
